Location: Denver, CO (supporting Denver and Dallas offices)
Type: Permanent Full-Time, Salary – Hybrid (mostly in office / up to one day work from home)
This is a full time, full cycle procurement execution role with responsibility for product sourcing and day to day vendor relationship support. The role supports BNC’s engineering teams by sourcing, quoting, ordering, and tracking hardware and software purchases, including complex configurations, licensing, and warranties. The position works with approved vendors to identify suitable solutions, evaluate alternatives, and maintain effective vendor communication, while operating within established vendor strategies and pricing frameworks.
The role contributes sourcing recommendations, supports the rollout of new or updated offerings, and helps ensure vendors remain aligned with BNC’s technical standards, pricing expectations, and delivery requirements. This role requires curiosity, common sense, and sound judgment, as not all scenarios can be fully documented in procurement protocols. Vendor offerings, pricing, and processes evolve regularly, requiring adaptability and thoughtful decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
