Overview

This is a full-time, hands-on position based in Denver, CO, focused on designing and managing the full spectrum of business technology for small-to-medium-sized clients. The role centers mostly on Microsoft-based infrastructure (some Mac/Google), with additional responsibilities across cloud, storage, virtualization, and ancillary platforms such as phone systems and security tools.

Your primary focus will be onsite consulting—serving as a trusted advisor to clients, owning their environments, guiding decisions, and executing projects across infrastructure, cloud, and automation. Secondary responsibilities include light software development and occasional support for AI and database-related initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines technical depth with client-facing finesse, thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment, and brings an outward mindset to every engagement. At BNC, we believe that being a trusted advisor with a positive impact is just as important as implementing the technology itself.  Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for this role, as it involves direct, in-person client interaction, technical documentation, and collaboration with internal team.
