Systems Engineer

This is a full time senior level position requiring expert knowledge and experience
designing/managing advanced Microsoft Server networks for small and medium sized businesses.
The successful candidate will be joining a team of highly effective engineer/consultants who provide
the strategic long-term and day-to-day administration, upkeep, development, and deployment of
primarily Windows-based computing environments for our clients in the Dallas area.

This particular position is ideal for the experienced consultant who is exceptionally well rounded yet
has the depth of knowledge to support nearly any windows-based technology. And as a Senior
Systems Engineer you will be working directly with clients, primarily onsite, so strong interpersonal
and organizational skills are a must.

• Serve as the main IT resource for assigned clients in the Dallas area
• Support primarily Microsoft networks, servers, and desktops, and work in virtual
  environments
• Design, implement and manage new installations and migrations
• Professionally and quickly manage system and/or network issues to resolution
• Identify ways to improve our clients' systems and infrastructure (upgrades to hardware,
  software, and network)

• Have 5+ years consulting experience, balancing multiple clients, preferably in the SMB space
• Have 5+ years of working with Windows Server (Windows 2003, 2008, 2012)
• Have 5+ years of advanced virtualization experience (preferably VMware)
• Have 5+ years of direct experience working with networking technologies
• Have experience managing cloud based technologies
• Have outstanding troubleshooting skills
• Have excellent communication and organization skills
• Be able to operate independently but within set guidelines, policies and procedures
• Be willing to support occasional after-hours and weekend work

This is a full-time position with a generous benefits package and monthly bonus structure. Total
compensation is commensurate with demonstrable experience.
