Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a savvy professional to support to our busy CEO while also supporting multiple departments on an as-needed basis.  The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in office management, administrative assistant or as an executive assistant.  This part-time position is ideal for someone who possesses an upbeat, positive attitude, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to successfully juggle several tasks simultaneously with an outward mindset.  We have a dynamic and unique corporate environment and we're looking for someone with the energy and personality to match.

 

This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule that will be partially on-site at our beautiful new office in the Dallas Design District and remote.  If you are someone who loves to make sure that others are taken care of, someone who understands the needs of a busy professional, and someone who thrives on being the "go to person" to make things happen, then we want to speak with you!

Responsibilities

Role #1

  • Provide administrative and management support for our CEO
  • Manage the CEO's calendar
  • Manage the CEO’s personal residence, housekeeper and vehicles
  • Assist in managing our commercial properties
  • Run personal and professional errands for the CEO

Role #2

  • Manage the reception desk of our Dallas office, which includes greeting visitors, answering and returning phone calls, checking mail, etc.
  • Assist with package shipments/delivery
  • Other duties as required

Role #3

  • Book international & domestic travel arrangements and organize itineraries for all staff
  • Track and order office and break room supplies
  • Plan and coordinate corporate events

Role #4

  • Being reliable and prompt to respond to requests. 
  • Being accountable to commitments made to the CEO and other team members.  

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of five (5) years executive assistant /administrative assistant at the senior executive level and/or office management experience
  • Valid driver's license and an excellent, clean driving record
  • Dependable vehicle with insurance for running errands
  • Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Some college preferred or equivalent background gained through experience and training

Compensation & Benefits:

 

  • $30 - $40 per hour and approximately 20 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule
  • Hybrid – office / remote role
  • Company cell phone stipend
