We are a 50 person, fast-paced, highly energetic IT Consulting company located in the Design District area of Dallas with a second office in Denver. Business Network Consulting (www.bncsystems.com) has been providing IT project services as well as supporting the entire IT infrastructure of businesses in and around the Denver area since 1997, and in Dallas since 2007. We are seeking a VP of sales and marketing who can take our proven brand to the next level. You will be the most senior management resource in the Dallas office and will report directly to the CEO as a key member of the leadership team. The team has typically consisted of a marketing manager, a sales rep in Dallas, plus a second sales rep in Denver. We want to expand the sales team to at least 5 members in the next two years. You will be a crucial piece of driving overall corporate strategy in addition to keeping us in sync with ever changing market demands.

If you have previously built and implemented scalable processes and strategies that have successfully grown organizations, have coached and developed people who have gone on to achieve further success, have proven experience increasing year-over-year revenue, and have successfully represented your organization with lead referral partners, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Working out of our gorgeous new office in Dallas, you will lead a team of professionals dedicated to driving B2B sales in the markets we service.
Coaching and skills development are a key part of this role. We are rebuilding our sales team and initially you will be managing inbound opportunities in addition to working with our full time internal corporate recruiting manager to fill open sales rep positions.
