ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work as the technical advisor/engineer for your assigned clients in the Denver area
• Support the complete setup, including servers and workstations, of primarily integrated Apple, Microsoft systems, and VMware environments
• Manage system and/or network issues to resolution within your client base
• Manage new installations and migrations
• Identify ways to improve assigned clients' systems and infrastructure (upgrades to hardware, software, and network)

Qualifications:

• Have proven experience supporting Mac Environments of 10 or more users
• Have proven experience supporting Apple iOS devices in business environments
• Have proven experience supporting MS Windows environments
• Have previous networking experience
• Have strong technical abilities and outstanding troubleshooting skills
• Be able to excel in a fast paced team environment
• Be able to effectively operate within set guidelines, policies and procedures
• Be willing to share in occasional after-hours and weekend work

Nice to Have:

• Apple Certification (ACSP, ACTC, ACSA, ACMA or other)
• Mac OS support experience (through 11.5.x)
• iOS support experience (through 14.7.1)
• Microsoft Office on the Mac support (through 2019)
• Experience configuring mail clients with MS Exchange / Office 365
• Working knowledge of VMware Fusion installation and support
• Experience with interoperability with Windows file servers through Server 2019
• Understanding of Apple ID and iCloud
• MDM experience
• Microsoft Windows 7 – 10 support / troubleshooting experience
• Windows Server 2008/2019 installation, support and troubleshooting experience
• Understanding of storage technologies (NAS, SAN, iSCSI, RAID)
• Mac Integration with Windows Active Directory
• Azure/AWS cloud support experience
