The ideal candidate has a technical background that includes building solutions and presenting them to decision makers in addition to leading a sales team. The candidate must be organized, responsive and goal-oriented. The candidate must also be willing to work independently and be a self-starter who needs no urging to generate new business.
The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing, growing and managing the direct sales team. This role is an important member of the BNC team and works closely with nearly every part of our organization. In this position, the right individual will generate a sizable income, build an exciting and rewarding career, and directly influence the growth of the company.
What We Are Looking For
Business Network Consulting is looking for a Business Development Manager who has experience working as both a personal contributor and leading a sales team. This position will as a conduit between management, the marketing department and the sales team to assist in continually refining our services and offering.
A key part of this role will be developing top performers for our offices in Denver and Dallas. You can demonstrate that you’ve previously built scalable processes and implemented strategies that have successfully grown a sales team, and that people you’ve coached and developed have gone on to achieve further success. You also have proven experience increasing year-over-year revenue and representing your organization with lead referral partners.
You will build and lead a team of Solution Architects dedicated to driving B2B sales in the markets we service.
