We are a fast-paced highly energetic IT Consulting company located in the Uptown section of Denver, with a satellite office in Dallas, TX. We’re seeking a trustworthy, dedicated and experienced accounting professional to fill the role of Full-Charge Bookkeeper for our group of companies.


This role is responsible for the full cycle accounting of our businesses, shares in some office administration / management responsibilities, and actively participates in the interaction and management of our valued clients and vendors.


This position reports directly to the COO and receives additional direction and guidance from the CEO/Owner. This full-time position requires on-site presence and is not a remote position.



  • Provide full cycle accounting for all corporate entities
  • Manage and maintain general ledger
  • Manage A/R, including preparing client invoices and managing the collections process
  • Manage accounts payable and liaise with TX staff to ensure timely payments
  • Manage all aspects of payroll, including preparing payrolls, managing our outsourced payroll provider, and handling all tax and reporting requirements
  • Manage 401k program and provider
  • Manage all aspects of Sales Tax, from setup to collection to filings
  • Provide financial oversight of our procurement operation
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a monthly basis
  • Close the books and present financial statements to executives monthly
  • File final financial statements as necessary
  • Supervise workload and performance of bookkeeping assistant
  • Work closely with tax consultant and owner for proper tax planning and preparation
  • Share in management of benefits and insurance administration
  • Oversee the management and administration of our building entities
  • Other duties as required


  • Minimum 5 years of experience providing full service bookkeeping services, including all aspects of payroll management, to small or mid-size businesses
  • Expert hands-on knowledge of QuickBooks
  • In depth knowledge of sales tax rules and filing requirements in CO and TX, and expert knowledge of sales tax module of QuickBooks
  • Expert knowledge of Excel and other MS Office programs
  • Collaborative, hard-working and exceptionally detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Success managing process and staff
  • Experience in the consulting services industry a plus

Position Details:

This is a full-time position, although for the right candidate a part-time role may be possible.


Compensation Description

Compensation is commensurate with demonstrable knowledge and position-specific experience.

Full-time Salary: $50,000 to $70,000

Total Comp Range

$50,000 to $70,000
