Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Arranging corporate and leisure travel for the CEO, including Air, Car Service, Hotel, etc. This includes comparing pricing, building itineraries and managing ALL details
  • Arranging any needed corporate travel for other company personnel
  • Participate in the management of our commercial office buildings
  • Managing our Dallas front desk, which includes greeting visitors, answering and returning phone calls, checking mail, etc.
  • Managing the CEO's Calendar
  • Running both personal and professional errands
  • Planning corporate events
  • Managing the personal residences, housekeepers and vehicles of the CEO's Dallas and Denver properties
  • Other duties as required


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Personal Valid driver's license and an excellent driving record
  • Dependable vehicle, with insurance, for running errands
  • Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word)
