Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as our primary internal Systems Administrator while being surrounded by the top IT talent in Denver to support new and emerging technologies 
  • Own the support of our mission critical applications and infrastructure
  • Managing new installations and upgrades while keeping critical applications up during business hours.
  • Monitor availability, backup, and cyber security systems.
  • Identifying ways to improve infrastructure, systems and security.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Outstanding troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and follow-through
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to support occasional after-hours and weekend work

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of installing and administering the latest version of Windows Server
  • 3+ years’ experience migrating and managing Office 365
  • Hands on experience deploying and managing cloud computing environments including Microsoft Azure
  • Experience deploying and managing VMware ESXi 6.5 - 7.0
  • Experience supporting SAN and NAS devices
  • Hands-on experience with both switching and firewall appliances
  • Experience with end point security solutions
  • Ability to proactively identify improvements for existing IT systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, network, and security enhancements and present to senior staff
  • Ability to plan, propose, and execute projects with minimal oversight
  • Clear understanding of the entire network stack including routers, firewalls, switches, etc.

This is a full-time position. Compensation is commensurate with demonstrable knowledge, experience and consulting ability.
