Position Details:

This is a full-time, on-site position in our Denver, CO office. Compensation is commensurate with demonstrable knowledge, experience and consulting ability.

 

Compensation:

Base Range: $40,000 - $55,000/ YR

Responsibilities

  • Provide first line of workstation and systems support for our clients’ end users
  • Respond promptly to requests via phone, email and NOC service desk queue
  • Communicate effectively with end-users to resolve issues and keep them informed on progress
  • Work closely with other team members to escalate issues appropriately and convey all pertinent information to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
  • Keep our ticket management system updated with accurate ticket status and work completed
  • Stay current on emerging technologies through self-study, ongoing education and certifications.

Qualifications

  • 3 years I.T. experience that includes helpdesk and systems administration roles.
  • Hands-on Technical Experience with:
  • Active Directory 
  • Remote Desktop/Terminal Services
  • VMWare/Hyper-V
  • Microsoft Exchange/O365
  • MFA
  • Superior work ethic and outstanding customer service skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting abilities.
  • Passionate about technology
  • Maintain a positive attitude
  • Exposure to the legal industry and various legal applications, a plus. Examples include:
    • TimeMatters/PC Law
    • Tabs3/Practicemaster
    • Amicus
    • Thompson Reuters/Prolaw
    • Worldox

Total Comp Range

$40,000 to $55,000
