BNC is seeking an experience Corporate Recruiter to join their Dallas, TX location! The Recruiter is responsible for using strategic sourcing to identify and develop relationships with potential talent in the IT consulting industry.  This will include building brand awareness in new markets, building networks across the country, and focusing on where talent resides in order to build a pool of applicants for current and future needs. Applicants must have experience with full life-cycle recruiting, highly organized and self-motivated, ideally with technical recruiting experience.

What you’ll be doing:


  • Developing and executing a proactive recruitment strategy for both our Denver and Dallas offices
  • Posting and maintaining our job ads, maintaining key recruiting social media accounts as well as proactively searching for potential candidates.
  • Maintaining and managing our Applicant Tracking System to accurately reflect candidate and statuses
  • Interviewing and being responsible for overall candidate assessment, including: prescreens for candidates who were direct sourced, interviews, client submittals, and client and candidate debriefs.
  • Collaborating with internal team to ensure search strategy and overall candidate screening is aligned with the position and client requirements and produces successful results.


What You’ll Need to Succeed:


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 4 years of general recruiting experience
  • Minimum 1 year recruiting technical positions
  • Demonstrated experience employing creative sourcing methods via networking, organizations, internet sourcing, referrals, social media and direct recruiting
  • Passion for sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates
  • Ability to excel in the team environment and collaborate effectively
  • Ability to deliver results with little supervision
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional oral/written/persuasive communication and negotiation skills
