    Who We Are Looking For

    We are looking for a savvy and sophisticated individual to support to our busy CEO while also supporting multiple departments on an as needed basis.  The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in office management, administrative assistant or as an executive assistant.  This full-time position is ideal for someone who possesses an upbeat, positive attitude, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to successfully juggle several tasks simultaneously. We have a dynamic and unique corporate environment and we're looking for someone with the energy and personality to match.

    Essential duties and responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative and management support for our CEO
    • Manage the CEO's Calendar
    • Manage the personal residences, housekeepers and vehicles of the CEO's Dallas and Denver properties
    • Run personal and professional errands for the CEO
    • Book international & domestic travel arrangements and organize itineraries
    • Prepare reports for various departments
    • Assist with package shipments/delivery
    • Manage the reception desk of our Dallas office, which includes greeting visitors, answering and returning phone calls, checking mail, etc.
    • Track and order office and break room supplies
    • Plan and coordinate corporate events
    • Other duties as required


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum of five (5) years executive assistant /administrative assistant at the senior executive level and / or office management experience
    • Personal Valid driver's license and an excellent, clean driving record
    • Dependable vehicle, with insurance, for running errands
    • Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word)
    • Some college preferred or equivalent background gained through experience and training
